“Lemail House is a beautiful gem of a house tucked away down an enchanting country lane yet just a few minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of Rock and Polzeath. We and our two teenage boys had a great week there, relaxing in the house and gardens and walking in the charming surrounding meadows, in between the surfing, mountain biking, and all the other outdoor activities just minutes away. Our two dogs were delighted with the little bunny welcoming committee which greeted us on our arrival - and trying, with no success, to track them down again, entertained them for the whole week. Inside, the property was beautifully decorated in a relaxing, comfortable style that allowed everyone to feel spoilt yet at home at the same time. We really loved spending our evenings in the gorgeous garden with a bbq and a game of table tennis to help everyone relax after a busy day in the surf. Could not recommend this property more highly.”

“Beautiful house - light, airy but still cosy. Our little boys adored all the hidden paths around the garden - was especially handy with very young kids and a dog that the back part is totally enclosed if you want it to be. My husband loved the dog walking loop out of the back of the house and into the valley. Was great to come back from the beach and have a glass of wine in the garden, you do feel away from it all. Everything was super easy and we felt very welcome.”

“A wonderful stay at Lemail House. The house and grounds are spectacular, beautifully kept garden and huge fields and woodland surrounding. The house is amazing so spacious yet a very homely feel to it. Lovely open fires which was a massive plus. Super comfy beds and fresh linens. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need. Overall we couldn’t recommend this house enough. We will be returning soon for sure.”

“We had a wonderful stay, the house is well appointed, with everything you might need. Lovely big rooms, fantastic gardens and the location is perfect, you are secluded but within easy distance of Padstow and Rock. Andy was on hand for any queries and was a fantastic warm host. We loved it.”
